My camera is charged and working again.  So, I can post Some new things that have been going on.  First  I am so excited to be able to share my cards (although I couldn't get them to upload to splitcoast, I quit after the third try).  The Paper is Martha Stewart vintage Halloween, and the stamp set is the art of life (retired, stampin' up),and hugs and wishes.
I know it says Happy halloween, But, I love the technique that is used.  It is daubers and ink that make almost a sunset background.  It is my favorite technique right now. So, watch out at christmas time.
The second card is all stampin' up.  The stamp set is summer by the sea.   Well I hope you enjoy them.  Later, KPL

Our wedding

With having rain almost everyday this summer,  I was hoping the lord would be kind and answer my prayer of just a few hours of dry sunlight.  At the rehearsal it poured .  And being it was an outside wedding we were teased that the walkway would be a slip and slid to get to the minister.
The next day for the wedding it was BEAUTIFUL.  The sun was shinning and it was dry!  The only thing more we could have asked for would have been for the bride to have arrived remotely on time.  I was 1 whole hour late for my own wedding!!  Guess you could say that our song should have been "waiting on a woman" by Brad Pasily.  It was our bridal party song.  I don't think that the band knew how serious I was when I said that song needed to be played.
Well the wedding itself couldn't go on without a hitch.  It was MY wedding that we are talking about right.  Halfway through the service my diabetic brother ( and also a groomsman)  blacked out and then fainted.  The worst part was that everyone was making sure that he was alright that no-one got a picture of him. How can I scrapbook that.  I guess that only my fellow scrapbookers would truly understand the importance of a picture:)
When the ceremony was over we went over to where the falls are and took a bunch of pictures.  With the setting being at AuSable Chasm on a beautiful day.  there was lots of nice pictures to be taken!
